Dimitar Peshev House Museum with renovated exhibition

On March 8, 2013 was officially opened the Dimitar Peshev House Museum renovated exhibition that retells about the saving of Bulgarian Jews from the death camps during the Second World War and about the merit of the Kyustendil citizens Dimitar Peshev, Asen Suychmezov, Vladimir Kurtev, Ivan Momchilov and Petar Mihalev.

The event connected with the 70th anniversary from the Kyustendil action for the saving of Bulgarian Jews – 9th of March 2013 was attended by Israel's ambassador to Bulgaria His Excellency Shaul Camisa-Raz.
